COVID-19 regulations for B.O.T.A.groups and meetings

Dear B.O.T.A. Members and friends,

Due to the current pandemic status of Coronavirus (COVID-19), it has been considered best that all B.O.T.A. group work be suspended, at least until end of may 2020. Therefore, there will be no meetings of any kind, including Study Group, Pronaos, Sunday Service, Easter Ritual, Vibratory Attunements.

We consider the safety of our B.O.T.A. community to be of utmost importance, therefore we are following the recommendations of government and public health officials.

As the situation develops, updated information will be posted on our website botaineurope.org. Updates will also be sent by email. If you have group work in your area, you are welcome to contact your Regional Coordinators.

B.O.T.A. European Meeting

SAN LORENZO DE EL ESCORIAL

1, 2 and 3 May 2020

Two years ago, we had the great pleasure of sharing some moments together. It was an occasion to dedicate ourselves to the service of the ONE and to build the Inner Temple. When we work in unity and fraternal love, we make the greatest progress in the evolution towards ONE Consciousness. We have a new opportunity before us, let us take advantage of the next European meeting to come together again in the Unity of the Self that manifests itself beyond languages and borders.

To experience again this momentum towards unity and brotherhood that we felt and shared during the meetings in Berlin, Madrid and Bad Reichenhall, we organize a new European meeting on 1, 2 and 3 May in San Lorenzo de El Escorial nearby Madrid.

The meeting will take place from Friday 1 May until Sunday 3 May in a residence with accommodation and a dining room. We will have there a meeting room with translation booths for our meditations, conferences and practical work in small groups and a huge garden for our moments of rest where we can walk and relax. Lisa Voisin, the Prolocutrix General of the Order, and other heads of the Order will be with us.

This European meeting is a public meeting of B.O.T.A., and of course it is open to family and friends.

A more detailed program will be sent to those who registered for this meeting. Now we can indicate some essential points concerning the organization of the trip. The reception at the meeting will start on Thursday, April 30, in the evening and those who can arrive this day will be able to share the night (there is a planned a dinner) and a morning meditation next day. The meeting will officially begin on Friday, 1 May, at 10 a.m. and will end on Sunday, 3 May, at around 12 noon. For those who want to eat before going on their trip, a lunch is planned at 2:00 p.m. Another important point, El Escorial is an hour by train from Madrid. Due to the regularity of the Madrid-El Escorial line it is better to provide about two hours to get to the residence from Madrid and the same for the return trip. Attention: the last train to Escorial leaves Madrid at 11 p.m. The residence is a bit far from the station, so there will be a car service to take those who wish to go to the residence.
